The Bananas Foster Shot takes the enticing flavors of the classic dessert, and combines them into an unbelievably delicious adult dessert shooter!

The famous New Orleans Bananas Foster was invented in 1951 by Chef Paul Blangé at famed Brennan’s Restaurant in the French Quarter.

Inspiration for this shot comes from a drink I had at the renowned NOLA restaurant Tableau. Years ago, I had the pleasure of indulging on their decadent Foster Cocktail while relaxing on the beautiful balcony overlooking Jackson Square.

Capturing all the elements of the famous New Orleans treat: flambe bananas, brown sugar, cinnamon, rum sauce, & vanilla ice cream and translating them into a Bananas Foster Shot! Cheers!
