Dill & Dough Take & Bake Pierogies

From the creator of the fabulous new walk-up kitchen Misfit Snack Bar (MUST TRY), has born a delish side venture Dill & Dough. Chef Bo Porytko (Formally of Rebel Restaurant) new concept makes phenomenal creative handmade “take & bake” pierogies.
Playful Pierogi Choices Include:
- Pepperoni Pizza topped with basil & oregano Ukrainian ranch
- Green Chili Braised Pork in green chili butter, lime & cilantro smetana
- Potato & Gruyere stuffed in dill dough & capped with confit garlic compound butter & sour cream.
- Bacon-Braised Kapusta (Sauerkraut) with caraway & chive compound butter, mustard & smetana
I think I’m just stocking my freezer with Pierogies??!!

- I’d also suggest grabbing togo food from amazing Misfit Snack Bar! Their changing menu is available on Misfit Snack Bar Facebook Page. My recommendation is the Chicken Fried Short Rib Sandwich! Just text Bo at (201) 679-7079 with your order & preferred pickup time (Wednesday thru Saturday from 4-8pm.)
- Then grab your scratch pierogies from Misfit Snack Bar walkup window at Middleman on Colfax.
- Cook pierogies at home when you feel like it.
- Then gorge out on these delightful dumplings on the comfort of your couch wearing stretchy sweatpants!
This idea may have been inspired out of times to pivot during quarantine, but I sure hope Dill & Dough’s imaginative pierogies are sticking around for good!
