From the creator of the fabulous new walk-up kitchen Misfit Snack Bar (MUST TRY), has born a delish side venture Dill & Dough. Chef Bo Porytko (Formally of Rebel Restaurant) new concept makes phenomenal creative handmade “take & bake” pierogies.

Playful Pierogi Choices Include:

• Pepperoni Pizza topped with basil & oregano Ukrainian ranch
• Green Chili Braised Pork in green chili butter, lime & cilantro smetana
• Potato & Gruyere stuffed in dill dough & capped with confit garlic compound butter & sour cream.
• Bacon-Braised Kapusta (Sauerkraut) with caraway & chive compound butter, mustard & smetana

I think I’m just stocking my freezer with Pierogies??!!

This idea may have been inspired out of times to pivot during quarantine, but I sure hope Dill & Dough’s imaginative pierogies are sticking around for good!
